Our Approach to Web Accessibility

At OAT Hair & Beauty, our policies are in place to ensure we can provide the highest level of service, care, and experience for every guest. We kindly ask that you read and understand the following before booking.

Bookings

All appointments can be made online via our booking system, over the phone, in salon or via our social media pages. For certain services, consultations or patch tests may be required prior to your appointment. Prices listed are a guide only and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, service time, or product required.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a no-show charge.

These policies allow us to respect our team’s time and offer availability to other guests.

 

Late Arrivals

We understand that life happens. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other guests. In some cases, this may result in a cancellation fee.

Refunds & Adjustments

We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange an adjustment where appropriate.

Patch Tests & Consultations

Patch tests are required for certain services including colour, lash, brow, and advanced skin treatments. Patch tests must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to attend a required patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled.

Health & Medical Information

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or pregnancies at the time of booking. This ensures your treatment is safe and tailored to you. OAT Hair & Beauty reserves the right to refuse or modify services if necessary for your wellbeing.

 

Children & Guests

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that only those receiving services attend appointments unless otherwise arranged.

Retail Purchases

We accept exchanges on unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

 

Right to Refuse Service

OAT Hair & Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behaviour, arrives under the influence, or does not comply with salon policies.
